RCIA-Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults

Becoming Catholic (RCIA)

For older children and adults interested in becoming Catholic, they go through the faith formation process known as the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults or (RCIA).

People seeking baptism become catechumens and work closely with the RCIA coordinator to embrace discipleship of Christ. Candidates baptized in other faiths now seeking full Communion in the Catholic church walk alongside the catechumens as they prepare for their full profession of faith.

The process for RCIA begins in early autumn and concludes with a joyous celebration of baptism, first Eucharist, and confirmation at the Easter Vigil Mass.

For more information, contact the parish office.

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)
Do you have a spouse who has been attending Mass and is not Catholic? Have you invited someone to join you for Mass who does not have a church home? RCIA is a process available to anyone who is interested in becoming a member of the Catholic Church. Team members and fellow parishioners are available to guide and direct those who are seeking an understanding about the Catholic Faith tradition and available and religious beliefs.

Our RCIA classes starts every October and runs through Easter.  Classes will be held in the Parish Rectory.  Contact us for more information and/or to register for the next class.

CFF (Christian Faith Formation)
Christian Faith Formation are classes offered for the youth of the parish to learn about our Catholic faith. Classes are offered on Sundays and taught by a caring staff of instructors whose goal is teaching the youth about the love of Christ and history of the Catholic faith.

Our CFF classes starts every September and runs through the following summer.  Classes are held in the CFF classrooms in the rectory basement. Please contact the parish office for more information and/or to register.
